Is coffee bad for you?

Extensive research has been done against and for coffee. Scientists have been trying to prove coffee as healthy, or as unhealthy. Recently, one side has started to out-weigh the other in terms of data supporting it. Scientists are starting to learn toward the healthy side, after years of research. It has been proved that coffee can reduce the risk of many diseases. Although, you cannot vaguely say that coffee will serve well for your health. There are many variables that come with this topic.


For example, the way you prepare the coffee is important. Some methods, such as using a paper filter have been associated with higher risk of heart disease.


If you are going to drink coffee, I also suggest you stick with it. Studies have shown that withdrawal effects can be very serious from coffee. These can also be harmful to your body. If you stick to drinking coffee on a daily basis, there will be a range of positive effects. Some will have larger effects, while others might decrease your chances of a disease by only a decimal place of a percent.


Studies have also shown, that coffee is more beneficial to woman. It has been proven that woman who drink coffee on a regular basis will have lower risk for some diseases, compared to men who drink coffee on a regular basis.
